The Paddock!

We have finally found our plot! We've bought three acres of paddock on which to build our dream home. It needs a lot of work on the landscaping, especially lots of undergrowth clearing from the stream. We are also demolishing the kiln and the cottage - we thought about doing it up, but thought there was more than enough work in building a new house without renovation too!
