The roof is on! Must be time for a party!

The roof is finally on! Hooray! Fine weather meant the roofers could get stuck into putting on the roof over the last few days. Traditionally this now means it's time for the "Roof shout" party! I think we may wait until we have it watertight to invite the neighbours. We are the talk of the valley it appears - quite often someone rocks up unannounced to find out what we're doing and who we are. Next job - ply and building paper on the walls, Hebel cladding over the top of that, various bits of plumbing, garage door and the windows in. We're still aiming for end of September as we are planning to have our house rented out in Stoke. Will keep you posted!
