Time moves on and we survived the winter intact despite lack of heating! Spring is now well and truly here, and we're creating rooms at last. We ordered the plasterboard (gib) and insulation for the entire house, and spent a few days putting up ceilings in probably half the house. Six metre long pieces of board were quite tricky and awkward to manoevre, even with the use of a lifter, but Ben, Zafir and help from Donna got the boards up and in place. Now it's time for walls as we gradually hide the timber framing and have some real rooms that look like rooms!
